Technology doesn't stand still; The reliability required of equipment to which people daily trust their lives is the result of three distinct phases of testing. The first test is carried out on a special test-bench that simulates real working stresses. In the second test, Machine is handed to a selected group of customers for final testing in real working conditions, which alone can guarantee its total quality.

Electric Motors:

 

Total safety is the first requirement in our industry.So in the construction of these motors particular attention is paid to the winding and the insulation. All our motors are designed for operation with variable voltage and VVVF.

  • All motors are designed with Insulation class F and with  Right Of Entry Protection Rating of Damork Drive.
  • Standard geared machines are all Right Hand machines. Left hand arrangement is available as an option.
  • All geared machines are designed for 180 starts per hour at 40% duty cycle and 1:1 Roping.
  • All machines are designed with counter weight ratio of between 45% to 50%.
  • Standard machines are all VVVF controlled machines (50 Hz power)
  • All machine grooves are U shape groove and metric size.

Our Machines are Compact and functional machine specially designed for the speed up to 1 m/s & 0.6 m/s with integral body and hand wheel placed opposite to the motor. Worm shaft and worm wheel are running on high precision Tappered Roller Bearings and on utmost quality Double Row angular Contact bearings for the axial & Thrust Load constrain, worm wheel is made by special alloy (centrifuged phosphorous bronze with Tin) and traction sheave is made by spheroid cast iron (EN-GJS-700-2 UNI EN 1563). Delivered with Mineral oil (4litres) Kg). Noise level below 60 Db (complying with IEC 39-4; CEI EN 60034-9), horizontal vibration level minor than 0,7 mm/s (complying with IEC 34-14 ; CEI 2-23) and electromagnetic brake with independent double action are characteristics that position gear box  as the avant-garde of the gear box technology. The machine is provided in a version that can be easily disassembled, removing stator, brake and traction sheave .
